Stayed at Hotel Imperial for the Veracruz Marathon. Perfect location next to the start and finish line. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, hot water, and good AC. Manager promptly resolved noise issue. Great value with plenty of restaurants nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the historic district. The room had a unique design with windows facing the hall, giving it a store display feel. It was surprisingly quiet, even though there were no windows looking outside. The location was perfect, right on the plaza and close to all the major attractions in Veracruz. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt well taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, cleanliness, and convenient location.

We stayed here during Thanksgiving and had a good experience. The hotel has a great location right in the middle of the town square, with live music and dancing every evening. The staff was friendly and polite, and they provided us with two complementary facts that made our stay more enjoyable. We liked the gym and the pool, which were both clean and well-maintained. It was nice to have these amenities available during our stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable double beds and a nice bathroom. The AC worked well, and the manager was very helpful when I needed to change rooms because of a noisy AC unit outside my window. The location was perfect, with restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff, including the manager and receptionists, were friendly and went out of their way to assist me. They even locked up my valuables while I went out for the day. I highly recommend staying here.

The only thing that could have been better was the hotel breakfast.
